Boulderfest Regionals 2026 at Minneapolis Bouldering Project
Boulderfest is a sport climbing even held at BP Minneapolis. I was excited to cover this as the energy specifically at this event is palpable. From the tension of repeated attempts to the crowd so loud, my own thoughts are drown out. This is part of their series which leads up to the Grand Finale in St Paul in October.
My approach was to capture as much of the energy, emotion and unique displays of physicality only climbing offers. This was a great event to be a part of and the amount of out of state cars present was astonishing. Thank you Bouldering Project and just as importantly, the climbing community!
